Cafe Fusion opened in September 2025 after The Lounge Cafe Bar was rebranded and moved from Market House Courtyard in the Town Centre. The owner Richard was looking around for new premises and by chance the iconic old railway station was secured as his next venue.

The railway station has some great history behind it and although the platform has been destroyed the station is largely in one piece. Prior to Cafe Fusion opening up the station has been home to a number of businesses since it was closed in 1966 - A car storage facility, ATS Euromaster and Brackley Central Cafe. The history of the station is important to Brackley locals and as such Richard has worked with Neil Perryman, a local train enthusiast, to create a mini railway museum that contains lots of original photographs, newspaper cuttings and Grand Central Railway memorabilia that has been kindly donated.
